Assalamu alaikum guys today I have another interesting recipe for you And it’s Bindi Gosht (lady finger with beef) it will sounds more better if I called it lady finger Weds beef , it’s a good combination . It’s taste delicious and look delightful together and people really adore them together. Special bindi Gosht (lady finger with beef) is my father most favorite dish . My father goes to market and always bring out lady finger I don’t understand why he just loves lady finger in vegetables but it tastes good when lady finger Weds beef.
In my village (Hangu) I have seen a lots of people they adore this dish too much and in some houses they have a day for this dish they cook Bindi Gosht and enjoy with traditional naan and lassi ( it’s a Pakistani and Indian traditional drink which is blend of yogurt , water and salt). So in Pakistan Bindi gosht is most wanted dish.
Names of lady finger.
Lady finger in science is called (ki)ngombo or variant and this is possibly origin of the name gumbo, used in part of United States and in spinach it’s called quingombo and in Italian language it’s called Okra
Benefits of lady finger
I will tell you now benefits of lady finger. Lady finger is not only good in taste it have a lot of advantages. It’s control diabetes, relive constipation, prevent Anemia, lose weight, improve immune system, improve eyesight.

Nutritions in lady finger are dietary fiber, folate, pyridoxine, thiamine, vitamins A, C, k, copper, calcium, potassium, iron, magnesium, zinc and phosphorus.
Bindi ghost recipe
- Lady finger (1kg)
- Boiled beef (1/4 kg)
- Onion (2 medium size)
- Tomatoes (3 medium size)
- Red pepper ( 2tsp)
- Cumin seeds (1tsp)
- Coriander powder (1tsp)
- Green chilles ( 3 to 4)
- Beef bouillon ( 1 cup)
- Salt (to taste )
- Oil (according to you)
- Heat oil and add cut onion and mix it well till it cook.
- Then add all spices and tomatoes together and mix it well.
- Add boiled beef mix it.
- Then add cut lady finger and put it on slow flam cover the pan and wait for 5 mins .
- Then take off head of pen and mix it well then add beef bouillon cook it for 2 mins.
- Dish out and serve with naan.
