This recipe is very simple and very easy to make . this tea will not only lose your weight it will give you glowing skin and take your acne away. In this tea I have use only three ingredients which are available in everyone home. You have To take this tea 2 times a day after lunch and after dinner. Weight lose tea will give you a great result and you will admire this recipe.

Recipe of weight lose tea.
- Green tea leaf (1/2 tsp)
- Peppermint (1 tsp)
- Lemon ( few drops)
- Bring 2 cup of cold water to a boil in a kettle add 1 tsp peppermint.
- Boil until it become 1 cup. Then add 1/2 tsp green tea leaf
- Then pour tea in a cup
- add few drops of lemon in it.
