Kalaji fried ( Liver fried)

Liver  made in everyone’s home in Eid-ul-Adha. When we slaughter of  animal so first is the liver which are made in every home  Most of the people eat this in breakfast in Eid-ul-Adha. They really enjoy it and the taste of liver is so delicious for those how are the true lover of  meat. To be honest I don’t like meat and liver etc😜.. so it’s bit difficult for me to define liver… Lol. But in my family my father and cousins just adore liver. And it taste really  yummy and it’s good for health as well. 

 Nutritions in liver

Liver contain iron calories, Iron, magnesium, potassium, vitamins,. Calcium, sodium, potassium, folate, copper, Niacin, minerals

Recipe of meat liver

  • Meat liver (200 gram)
  • Salt to taste
  • Tomatoes ( chopped 2 cup)
  • Cumin seeds ( 1 tsp)
  • Turmeric powder (1 tsp)
  • Red pepper (1tsp)
  • Red flakes (1 tsp)
  • Green chillies ( Only 5)
  • Oil 

Method: 

  1. First wash liver with garlic paste.
  2. Then take a fry pen , Add oil and fry tomatoes
  3. Then add all spices together and mix  it well.
  4. At the end add liver and fried for 10 mins
  5. Dish out and serve with roti.
