And for this balanced diet plan is very important, if your diet plan is good and healthy, so you will lose weight easily and without feeling weakness. So for this Today I am sharing an amazing program of weight lose. This plan is very useful for man and woman of all ages. And this diet program is very easy to follow, And no need to leave eating and to do excercise all the time. What you have to do?
The first thing you have to do is just set your mind, if you set it then nothing is difficult. Just think about one thing, that I have to lose my weight and I can do it. Then see how everything get easy and you can changed in beautiful smart and slim person.
Morning
- Wake up and have one glass of warm water add 1 tbsp honey and lemon, drink it.
- After 15 mins, take 2 slices of brown bread and 1 boiled egg
- If you want to take coffee, milk, of tea. You can have it with less sugar.
- Or just take fresh orange juice.
Afternoon
- Eat one red apple at 12pm.
- In lunch you can have one bowl of mix salad. In salad add cucumber, carrot, cabbage tomatoes, 1 tbsp of olive oil and one lemon.
Evening tea
- Take one cup of tea or coffee with less sugar and 6 diet biscuits.
Dinner
- In healthy diet routine you must have dinner at 8 pm. So in dinner you have to eat.
- One chicken steak, cooked in olive oil. Or you can take what ever is made in dinner, but in less amount.
- Take one glass of water before taking your meal. Don’t drink water after finishing you meal. It’s not good for health you will feel very heavy and drinking water after meal helps in gaining belly fat.
After dinner
- After 30 mins of dinner take one cup of peppermint tea
