How to make cucumber pickles

Today I have something very special for you guys and that is cucumber pickles. I am sure that for this tasty cucumber pickles no one can say No, even I can’t because I am a big fan of sour and spicy things and this delicious cucumber is just amazingly yum. This tasty cucumber are used in any thing like burger, rolls and shawarma and in Asia we many people enjoy this with curry and rice, when this pickles are added in such food it give an amazing taste to the specific dish. And one amazing information that, cucumber pickles are commonly known in united States and Canada and in a Britain, Ireland, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand. People of these area is just fan of this amazing pickles. They just like it, they deep-fried it, eat with mustard paste etc.

Nutrition in cucumber

Cucumber contains a lot of nutrient like Vitamins, magnesium, copper, biotin, potassium, phosphorus, molybdenum, iron, sodium, zinc, calcium, folate, niacin, sodium.

Benefits of cucumber

Cucumber keeps you hydrate, flushes out toxins, revives the eyes, protect from cancer, good for weight lose, aids in managing diabetes, provides glowing and bright complexion, reduce risk of kidney stones, helps to improve bonus density, control blood pressure, relieves joint pain, help stomach problem, promote healthy hair, kills bad breath.

Ingredients

  • Small Cucumbers (1/2 kg)
  • Vineger ( 1 medium bottle)
  • Water

How to

  1. Take a sauce pan, add water into it and bring water to a boil.
  2. Place a cucumber in a pan and boil it for 1 min .
  3. Drain water from cucumber.
  4. Take a jar and add vineger into it, and then add cucumber
  5. Store in a refrigerator.
  6. After 2 days the pickles well be finally ready.
