Crispy Chicken Samosa

Chicken samosa is one of popular starter/ snack of Pakistan. This scrumptious crispy snack is made on special occasion and when guest come to meet so we serve this in supper. Samosa is made of many things like ground beef, vegetables etc. It’s up to you that in which way you like it. I made samosa of chicken because I like chicken and it taste really good with chicken stuffing. For making this delicious samosa more crispy and tasty I used bread crumbs coating which made samosa more crispy and tasty. So make little efforts and have fun.

Ingredients for stuffing

  • Chicken mince
  • Onion
  • Capsicum
  • Hot sauce
  • Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Red flakes
  • Red pepper
  • Oil

For coating.

  • Samosa strips
  • Egg
  • Bread crumbs.

How to

  1. Take a pan, add 2 tbsp oil into it.
  2. Then add chicken and cook it well, then add all ingredients and vegetables which are mentioned in ingredient section. Mix it and set aside.
  3. Place the chicken mixture on each samosa strip and fold it in a triangle shape. Do the same to make the remaining samosas.
  4. Take samosa first deep in egg than in bread crumbs.
  5. Fry it and enjoy with chatni or ketchup..
