Tandoori Chicken sticks

Here is another fun way to serve chicken on Ramadan and on special occasion and that is tandoori chicken sticks . This is very delicious in taste and easy to make. It is also best recipe for tea party too. This tasty chicken sticks are so tender and juicy that you won’t to stop your self to eat it twice so go and make little efforts and have fun.

I made this tender juicy chicken sticks in very less ingredients but it taste is just awesome and it is full of flavors.

Ingredients:

  • Chicken cut in cubes
  • Garlic paste
  • Red pepper
  • Tandori chicken masala
  • Coriander powder
  • Lemon juice
  • Yogurt
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • Onion cut in cubes
  • Tomatoes cut in cubes
  • Coal

How to

  1. Marinate chicken in yogurt, lemon juice, Garlic paste and all spices with are mention in ingredient section for 30 mins.
  2. Thread tomato onion and chicken onto skewers. Heat a greased barbecue plate on medium heat. Cook skewers, turning, and brushing with reserved marinade, for 10 minutes or until cooked through.
  3. Give smoke of coal for 1 min
  4. Serve it with chatni or ketchup.
