Today i am sharing one of my favorite recipe and that is pineapple dessert with mango rose. This pineapple delight has a biscuit cracker bottom with a creamy filling and topped with a mango rose and almonds which give brightness to our pineapple dessert and it looks 10 times stunning from other dessert it is not just good in taste it is one of attractive dessert with beautiful presentation. Just make little efforts and enjoy this delicious delightful dessert at home.
- Pineapple (1/2 tin)
- Cream ( 1 packet)
- Biscuit ( 2 packets)
- Butter ( 1/2 cup)
- Mango ( only one)
- Almond ( according to your taste)
- Take a bowl add grounded biscuit into it and then add butter and mix it well.
- Take another bowl add cream and chopped pineapple and mix it well.
- Adjust biscuit in tart tin well and put in refrigerator for 20 mins.
- Add pineapple cream in tart and decorate it with mango rose and almond . Set in refrigerator for 30 mins.
- Dish out and enjoy.
