Mirch pakora is most wanted dish in winters or rainy season. Pakistani and indian people really enjoy this dish with evening tea.


  • Jalapenos (only 6)
  • Mash potatoes ( 1 cup)
  • Cumin seeds (1 tsp)
  • Coriander powder (1 tsp)
  • Red pepper (1 tsp)
  • Salt ( according to taste)
  • Coriander leaves (1/4 bunch)
  • Tamarind paste ( 2tbsp)
  • Oil
  • For coating

  • Gram flour (1 cup)
  • Salt (according to taste)
  • Red pepper ( 1 tsp)
  • Water
  • Oil for deep fry

How to

  1. Take a pan add 2 tbsp oil, than add all spices and mix it well than add mash potatoes and cook it until 3 mins than add emli paste and coriander leaves cook for a minute and take a side.
  2. Take bowl add gram flour salt and red pepper and make a thick better.
  3. Stuff mash potato in jalapeno and deep in better and than fry it on both sides.
  4. Take out and serve tea or cold drink.
